VidyaMandir Alumni organizes  Women Health for the Teachers.

On November 14th, the teachers of VidyaMandir Senior Secondary School, Mylapore assembled to listen to experts talk on a subject which interests and reassures most middle aged women.  A team from Penn Nalam, an NGO “run by women, for women “,  based in Mandaveli,  Chennai,  had been invited  to the school premises to address  the teachers on healthcare in general , and methods of early detection of certain types of cancer.

The talk was organized by the VidyaMandir Alumni Association (VMAA) of the school, as a part of its ongoing initiatives in contributing to the school, the teachers and staff.  MrsRajalakshmiSriram from VMAA Committee welcomed the team from Penn Nalam and the teachers.
